Focus of Tune: Rudder/YAW
Seems like a perfect tune
Tail holds really well in all aspects: full climb out, tail whips/360s (CCW, CW), tictocs
Can handle high speed hurricanes with no oscillations
All that remains is to tune the "Rates"
