Description:

Whittier Narrows airfield is an AMA registered field. It is located near the intersection of Rosemead Blvd and the 60 Freeway in the soutern area of Santa Anita, Southern California. Whittier Narrows airfield is a helicopter only airfield as there are no runways. The gated entrance is on the east perimeter of the north west section of the park. The pit area is the east side of the field and is fenced. Parking is on Whittier Narrows St. is to the west of the airfield and is a asphalt parking lot of ample space. There are tables, storage bins, taxi ways and the main runway.
