Intro:

Product page showed, "[Firmware preloaded in factory] rotorflight_4.3.0_MATEKG474HELI.hex (built from RF2 devel branch of Nov.1). Load firmware (local) –> Flash firmware." so loading a configurator that pre-dates Nov 1, 2023 was the only way to connect and access the board. After attempting to install the latest [FAILED], then the proceeding month after 11/1/2023 [FAILED], I opted for the snapshot just before (10/18/2023) - Configurator version: 2.0.0-20231018 (rotorflight-configurator-installer_2.0.0-20231018_win64.exe) and it was able to link up.
